This 8-week course is intended to introduce basic safety in using Oxygen and acetylene along with alternative fuels. The course will proceed with learning proper cutting techniques. After successfully learning how to operate the torch system the trainee will begin to learn the theory behind the different welding rods and their purposes. Then the course will advance towards learning how to weld with E6010 5P+ and E7018’s in multiple positions.
